ACCOMODATIONS

The University of Santiago has a limited availability of dorm rooms for workshop participants, at the university dorm Monte da Condesa. You can register at the following link. This dorm is very close to the School of Biology of the University of Santiago de Compostela. We encourage you to book your room as soon as posible.

Please note that as ending date of your reservation, you should choose the day before your departure, e.g., if you’re leaving on July 14th in the morning, your final night would be July 13th.

Double room (single price for two people)

• Students – 30€ (plus VAT, 10%)
• Professors – 48,18€ (plus VAT, 10%)

If you want to pay the student price, you will have to provide justifying documents of your student status (student card, proof of university registration or similar).

Single rooms (only professors)

• Professors – 30€ (plus VAT, 10%)

There is a limited number of single rooms. If you wish to book one, make a reservation for a double room but please, let us know that you wish a single room via phone +34 881814582 / +34 881814574, or e-mail sur@usc.es.

You can make changes to your reservation up to 20 days before the event. For that, please send an e-mail to sur@usc.es

HOW TO GET HERE?

By plane

Airport of Santiago de Compostela – Rosalia de Castro (SCQ) – 15 minutes from the city center, taxis and public bus available.

Alvedro Airport (LCG) – 65km from the city of Santiago de Compostela. Buses and trains available.

By train and bus

There are buses and trains available from other points of Spain, Galicia and Portugal to Santiago. Please check the websites of Flixbus, Alsa and Renfe for prices and times.
